One day TIF seminar announced

A one-day seminar in October this year explores the implications of tax increment financing to fund infrastructure projects - borrowing against anticipated future tax revenues that the public works project is expected to generate.
TIF raises a whole range of implications for local authorities. This event features presentations from organisations including Core Cities, PricewaterhouseCoopers and the British Property Federation as well as local authorities in the vanguard of developing the concept for implementation in the UK.
