REIT funding for Ebbsfleet Valley

A Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT) is proposed for the Ebbsfleet Valley project in Kent. Ebbsfleet Valley is being developed by Land Securities as a mixed-use scheme requiring substantial transport improvements as well as local authority land.
